Residents of the following states who are 21 years or older and have healthcare insurance can qualify to join the Health Care Views Panel: CO, CT, IN, KY, MN, MS, NV, NH, OH, VA, WI, GA, NY, CA and DC. As a member of the Health Care Views panel you will be invited to participate in surveys ranging in topics from your thoughts around health care reform to activities you participate in to maintain/improve your health. Once you become a panelist you will be contacted via email approximately once every 3-6 weeks to participate in a survey ranging in length from as few as 3 questions to up to 20, but none taking more than 20 minutes of your time to complete. With each survey completed you will be entered to win one of three $250 cash prizes.
